excellent customer service
I received some genuinely good customer service. I won't go into specifics but I reached out to the MyMind team and the reply I got was understanding, helpful and made me want to stick around and support them.
It seems odd that genuinely good customer service is becoming a rare thing now and yet I honestly couldn't remember the last time that I thought "I appreciate you taking the time to help me".
I've always tried to be a good customer where possible. I appreciate that mistakes aren't usually the fault of the people dealing with the issue and I generally found that not taking things out on those poor people means they're more likely to help.
Obviously, with the rise of A.I. Agents, this is no longer the case as they simply don't care. That said, I have found that if I've had to deal with an A.I. Agent who has then put me through to a human, my patience has very much been strained.
Now, this isn't meant as a complaint about the state of customer service now or even a complaint about the use of A.I. within customer service, this is more to appreciate the people who still provide an excellent customer service and who come across as genuinely caring about their product and making sure their customers are happy.
MyMind did this incredibly well today and they'll always have me singing their praises. Not only for the customer service, but also because the app is So. Damn. Cool. I would genuinely recommend anyone to check it out.
So big up the MyMind customer service team and anyone else who focuses on giving excellent customer service.
